OutFront JB Family Residential Care, LLC is a for-profit supported living facility owned and headed by Johnbosco Oboma. We are a secure and nurturing home that caters to the special needs of adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. We are more than just an assisted living community; we are a welcoming and compassionate family that takes pride in caring for your loved one in need.

Johnbosco Oboma

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL OFFICER (CAO/CFO)

Johnbosco Oboma is Chief Administrative and Financial Officer (CAO/CFO) of OutFront JB Family Residential Care, LLC and he is also sole owner with accountability and oversight as the governing body. Johnbosco holds his Master’s degree of Public Health (MPH) and Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and he obtained his B.S in Health Care Administration from Stevens-Henager College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Johnbosco is a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) and He also holds Certificates from University of Southern Maine in Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C) and Mental Health Support Specialist (MHSS).

Apart from DSP experience, Johnbosco has held several leadership roles over the past 20 years from nursing home to supported living facility of persons with developmental disabilities and he enjoys leading and connecting with others.

Johnbosco believes to be a good leader, one must set a good example for others to follow. That is where his commitment, passion, empathy, honesty and integrity come into play. Johnbosco resides in South Portland with his children.

When Johnbosco is not working, he loves to cook and spending time with his the children, relatives and Friends. His hobbies are: Sports- Johnbosco loves to go for Biking with his Children, Walking and Exercise. Socializing- Community work, Church Activities and Volunteer work. Music- Listening and Traveling.

We are committed to providing a meaningful life in the community for members that are intellectually disabled that require assistance, support, and services. We accomplish this goal by addressing the needs of those we serve by helping them enrich their own lives, accomplish their own goals, and make their own choices. Our 24/7 facility partners with members, families, and legal guardians in providing personal care and support services.

Our mission is to assist and help members with their individual goals that they will carry out themselves. We listen, respect, and provide dignity and individuality to each member. We also provide each member with experiences, choices, and equal opportunities. Moreover, we want to advocate and educate members with disabilities, the families, lawmakers, and the whole community.
